Senior Employment Attorney/Partner | Manhattan or Orangeburg (Hybrid) – Up to $240k + 35% Bonus

Location/Schedule: Manhattan or Orangeburg, NY – Three days per week in office

Base Salary: $200,000–$240,000, plus bonus potential of up to 35%

Practice: Management-Side Employment Litigation and Counseling

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Defend employers in management-side employment litigation.
\n
• Handle matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour claims and other workplace disputes.
\n
• Represent clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
\n
• Advise employers on policies, compliance, employee relations and risk management.
\n
• Draft employment agreements, policies and other workplace documentation.
\n
• Manage matters independently while collaborating closely with firm leadership.
\n
• Support and develop long-term relationships with business clients.
\n
• Contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s employment practice.
\n

Core Requirements:

\n
• Active New York Bar admission.
\n
• At least seven years of management-side employment experience.
\n
• Strong employment litigation and counseling capabilities.
\n
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently.
\n
• Excellent written advocacy and client-management skills.
\n

Additional state bar admissions and an existing book of business are advantageous but not essential.
