Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney | Uniondale, NY – $200K+ Potential + No Billables

Location/Schedule: Uniondale, Long Island. Initially office-based, with potential for one remote day per week once established.

Base Salary: Experience-dependent, with approximately $200K+ possible for a proven attorney, plus an annual bonus.

Practice: Plaintiff-side personal injury and serious negligence litigation.

Our client is an established Long Island plaintiff firm that has recovered more than $1 billion for injured clients. The firm is growing its litigation team and is seeking an attorney who wants exposure to significant personal injury, medical negligence, nursing-home and other complex plaintiff matters.

What You’ll Actually Do:

\n
• Manage plaintiff personal injury matters through litigation and resolution.
\n
• Handle depositions, discovery, motions and court appearances.
\n
• Work with medical experts and evaluate complex injury and damages evidence.
\n
• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for mediation or trial.
\n
• Communicate directly with clients throughout the litigation process.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Approximately three to seven years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
\n
• Active New York Bar admission.
\n
• Strong litigation, drafting and case-management skills.
\n
• Deposition and trial experience are highly valued.
\n
• Ability to work from the Uniondale office.
\n
