A conflict-free, litigation-only boutique with a global footprint is seeking a mid-level associate to join an established bankruptcy litigation group with continued growth and high demand in the practice area.
\n \nThe role involves sophisticated work advising debtors, creditors, committees, foreign insolvency representatives, and other stakeholders on high-stakes insolvency-related disputes, including Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 proceedings, cross-border bankruptcy and asset recovery matters, creditor-debtor disputes and creditor remedies outside of bankruptcy court, and international judgment enforcement engagements.

\n \nHybrid, 3-day in-office schedule. The desired worksite location is New York, NY. Compensation range for this role is $260,000 - $390,000 + performance-based market bonus. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off and firm holidays, parental leave, and reimbursement for approved professional expenses (including bar dues and CLE).
