FieldWrk is a mission-first B2B branding agency built for the essential people and companies who build and maintain our world. Our mission is to help hardworking people and companies reach their full potential, starting with our team.
We are a strategic agency that offers branding, web design and development, field photo and video production, and digital marketing services. We partner with leaders in civil construction, heavy equipment, waste and environmental services, energy, and critical infrastructure to build brands that work as hard as the people behind them.

Own and grow client relationships for retainer accounts
by serving as the day-to-day point of contact, understanding client objectives, and delivering consistently, fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to agency growth.
Manage project scopes, hours, and partnership engagements
by tracking retainer usage, flagging scope issues early, and scoping smaller projects and add-ons for existing clients.
K eep the PM department running smoothly
by owning coordination, project setup, client onboarding, and deliverable QA, giving Sr. Creative Project Managers and the Director more room for strategic account work.

Assist with client onboarding: gather initial info, build creative briefs, and schedule kick-offs and hand-offs
Build and maintain project timelines, statuses, and tasks within Monday.com, connected to delivery dashboards and project portfolios
Route deliverables through the internal approval process from kickoff to delivery, including Pastel review setup
Be the communications hub for your projects, including creative requests and follow-ups with internal team members and freelancers
Send client recaps and follow-ups and maintain documentation of feedback and approvals
QA creative deliverables, web designs, and coded websites for typos, brand alignment, and link accuracy

Support Sr. Creative Project Managers and the Director on key accounts with meeting support, recaps, task creation, and QAs
Keep Monday.com, project templates, and dashboards clean and up to date
Ensure freelance invoices are received and submitted on time
