Asante is seeking a full-time Nocturnist Hospitalist to join our expanding Hospitalist team at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, a 378-bed regional referral hospital and Level II Trauma Center in beautiful Southern Oregon.

Position Qualifications Education - Graduation from an approved ACGME - accredited Internal Medicine Residency program.
Required Certification/Licensure - Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current unrestricted MD/DO license by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association
- Must obtain and maintain staff membership and appropriate privileges
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
- Must meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Total Rewards Compensation - Annual base salary of $378,000 (minimum work requirement: 168 twelve-hour shifts per year)
- Eligible for additional pay for extra shifts as well as a premium for night shifts
- Year two: Eligible for quality incentive plan up to 10% annually
- Up to $25,000 signing bonus
- Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
- Up to $5,000 CME Allowance
